Jon Williams is an Associate Director at Steer with 23 years of experience in transport planning, traffic engineering, and scheme design. He has worked with a broad range of public and private sector clients across the UK and internationally, including local authorities, developers, and transport operators.

Shivali is an Associate in our Commercial Advisory team and her main responsibility is to drive the energy transition agenda, with particular focus on engaging the public sector. With over 15 years of experience in the global energy market and infrastructure projects, she previously held senior roles at the DESNZ, Daikin UK Airconditioning Ltd, specialising in policy delivery, strategy, programme management, and business development.
