Our people

Toni is an Associate and co-leader of Advisory Services in North America. With over 15 years of experience as a transport consultant, Toni specializes in delivering demand forecasts and advising clients on investment strategies and decision-making within the transport industry. Her expertise spans demand and revenue forecasting for both existing and new transport infrastructure across diverse markets, including North America, Europe, Latin America, Australia, and Africa. Her project experience includes roads, rail, electric vehicles (EVs), and hyperloop technologies.

Andrew brings broad experience across multiple modes of transport, with expertise in demand modeling, market research, data analysis, and small-scale software development. His modeling work includes both multimodal regional network models and custom-built tools for evaluating specific road and rail projects. In market research, Andrew has led the design, administration, and analysis of several large-scale travel surveys.

Adam brings over 20 years of experience spanning planning and policy, finance and investments, and research and analysis. His advisory work focuses on the intersection of transportation business strategy, operating cost forecasting, and financial and procurement planning.

Nasrin is a wayfinding planner and project manager within Steer’s Design for Movement (DfM) team. Initially based in the London office, she transferred to the Toronto office in 2023, bringing with her an international background in urban geography and planning and experience working across transportation consultancies and design studios.

In this role, he oversees the growth and delivery of a high-profile portfolio of strategic, planning, and advisory projects, as well as a dynamic and diverse workforce serving the needs of clients and communities across North America.

Gabor has 15 years of experience in international economics, focusing on economic geography. His interests include demand forecasting, inequalities of opportunity, customer response to policy changes, holistic evaluations of infrastructure benefits, and probabilistic socioeconomic forecasting. He has published and presented on these topics at global conferences.
