She is used to working in complex stakeholder and political environments and has recently been appointed to DfT’s Capital Review Panel, advising the Transport Secretary of State on capital investment priorities.

With extensive experience managing projects for local authorities, sub-national transport bodies, and public transport operators across the UK, Andrew has contributed to various stages of project development, from strategic planning and feasibility studies to the preparation of Full Business Case documents.

As part of train operating companies’ requirement to report on their social value contributions, LNER commissioned Steer to produce a report that described and quantified estimates of the social, economic, and environmental impact of LNER’s passenger rail services in the UK.
