As a senior transportation modeler and project manager, Ying has led and managed many sizable projects including toll road forecasting, traffic impact study, transit ridership forecasting, and long-range transportation plans.

Liza has more than 14 years of experience as a transportation consultant, specializing in various disciplines within the field of transportation and in project management with international teams. Her main area of expertise lies in modeling, including both micro-simulation and macro-simulation.
