Steer was appointed by Marguerite to deliver commercial, technical and ESG (Environment, Sustainability, Governance) Due Diligence of GTS to evaluate the acquisition of a minority stake in the Company.

As the largest airport in Ireland, Dublin’s airport charges are regulated by the Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR). The assessment of capital investment requirements is an important input into the determination of the maximum level of airport charges that Dublin Airport is able to levy on airlines over a 5-year regulatory period.

As part of the ‘Fourth Package’ of European railway legislation, the EU Agency for Railways (EUAR) was given a new role in safety certification of railway operators and systems.
