Diana is an Associate in our planning team in the Bogota office. She is a specialist in urban policies, mobility, transport, and sustainable development. She has 12 years of experience in consultancy, especially planning and creating sustainable and inclusive public policies for different cities in Latin America, mainly in Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and Mexico.
Diana leads the equity and inclusion and decarbonization markets in our Colombia office, working on knowledge generation and dissemination, as well as decision support, for more inclusive and sustainable transport services in Latin America.
Her experience covers a wide range of consultancy projects related to strategic planning, transport infrastructure advisory, climate change mitigation through mobility, equity and inclusion, and sustainable urban planning for local and national governments, multilateral agencies, and the private sector.
Diana has recently participated in the leadership of projects related to the analysis of sustainable transport strategies for climate change mitigation, from the analysis of clean technologies to transport demand management, including the feasibility study of sustainable transport projects in Monteria-Colombia, the conceptual study for the financing of four sustainable transport projects in the framework of the low emission historic center of Cuenca-Ecuador, the formulation of the bases of the national program for the replacement of the official fleet of Colombia by electric vehicles and the energy characterization of road freight transport in Colombia. She is currently working on the assessment of transport modal choice factors with a gender perspective in Lima, Peru.
