Sarah is an Associate in Steer’s Sports & Major Events team, with over a decade of experience delivering transport planning, mobility, and event operations advice for major tournaments, stadia, and development projects across the UK.
She combines client-side and consultancy experience to help event organisers, venue operators, and developers plan and deliver safe, efficient, and enjoyable spectator journeys. Sarah has played a key role in the mobility planning and delivery of landmark events, including UEFA EURO 2020, the UEFA Champions League Final 2024, and the Women’s EURO 2022 Final.
Her work spans strategic transport planning, crowd flow and Zone Ex design, and last-kilometre mobility strategies for high-capacity venues such as Wembley and Emirates Stadium. She has also supported major planning applications, including passenger and event capacity uplifts for Stansted Airport and Wembley Stadium.
