The Voice of Steer

Ever since Jim Steer told me he was doing a podcast about the paper that he, Pat Mangan, and I co-authored for the journal Built Environment, I've been itching to post a piece on the Voices of Steer website with the title Voice of Steer. And now that day has come!

Hosted by Sam Stafford, a renowned planning blogger and podcaster, and Lucy Natarajan, one of the editors of Built Environment and an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes and Associate Professor at UCL's Bartlett School of Planning, the podcast delves into the Dublin Transportation Initiative. Jim reflects on the background of this initiative and how it came about, highlights key features of the study, and explores its lasting legacy.

If you're interested in exploring more papers featured in the December 2022 edition of Built Environment, I encourage you to check out two additional podcasts. One features Bob Yaro discussing New York, while the other focuses on Shenzen, with Mee Kam Ng featured.
