Ester is a Civil Engineer in Geography from the University of Santiago de Chile, with more than 23 years of experience in the transport area.  She has extensive experience in logistics and cargo issues, participating in studies of foreign trade logistics chains, logistics process surveys, port demand estimation, cost structure and competition studies between rail and road modes, and developing foreign trade performance methodologies.

Reiner has a decade of professional experience in the transportation planning sector specializing in sports and major event mobility, business case development and station access and design planning.

Reiner joined Steer in 2022 after being part of the Metrolinx Planning Department for over 6 years where he worked on business case development and best practice formulation, rail station access and egress planning, long-term plan development with municipal and service provider partners and transit planning project management.
