Steer supported the Canary Wharf Group in developing the masterplan planning application at Wood Wharf and achieving outline planning permission in December 2014.

Steer provided transport planning services for the major redevelopment of the Shell Centre site in Central London. The redevelopment received planning permission from Lambeth Council in 2013.

Battersea Power Station is a decommissioned power station located in south-west London which has been empty since 1983. In 2012, the new owners of the site began an ambitious plan to develop Battersea Power Station and revitalise this area of south-west London with 3,444 residential units, 88,000sqm retail floorspace, 150,000sqm office space, a new High Street and a new London Underground station.

Bank station was not designed to accommodate the passenger load it now has and as a consequence the station is overcrowded and has won itself the title of “most disliked” tube station in London. However, planned improvements should relieve Bank station of its complexity, crowding and its title.

For the first time, National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) released tenders for the construction and operation of Wayside Amenities (WASAs) at various locations on Indian National Highways.

As part of establishing business in India, First Group International landed a project on operating employee shuttle service for a business park in Pune. Serving about 16 companies, Embassy Tech Zone housed 14,000 employees commuting from across the city of Pune.
