Steer worked in partnership with the SANDAG to develop a TDM Program for the City of Carlsbad as a key strategy in meeting its Climate Action Plan (CAP) targets.

Steer is leading the delivery of Shift San Diego, a communications and behaviour change programs which provides project information and multi-modal transportation solutions to help manage congestion during road construction.

Steer led the development of the North Coast Corridor (NCC) Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan, in coordination with San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) and Caltrans, which provided multi-modal solutions to help manage congestion during construction and act as a foundation for continued travel behavior change in the area.

Steer will develop the Warner Center TMO and will manage it through the first two years of operation after its launch.

Steer was part of the consulting team chosen to develop a new Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Visioning Plan for the district around the Metro Expo line station in Culver City, California.

During 2013-2014, Steer analysed the liability regimes and the legal requirements for third-party liability insurance existing today in Europe, as well as current industry practices and the insurance market itself, and made recommendations to the European Commission.
