Steer was appointed by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to explore the feasibility of a new or replacement bridge for pedestrians and cyclists over South Dock on the Isle of Dogs.

In order to plan new cycling infrastructure that best serves the need of London, in terms of existing, potential and future cycling demand, Transport for London (TfL) conducted a study to identify a pan-London Strategic Cycle Network. A key feature of this study was mapping outputs from TfL’s innovative new Cycle Network Model for London (CYNEMON).
