As part of Smart Commute’s annual Business Case Review, Steer's project team prepared the 2017 Business Case Review, which is an update to the 2015 Business Case Review.

The London Borough of Waltham Forest was successful in its bid to the Mayor of London for £30m funding to set up a ‘mini-Holland’ programme. This comprised a range of walking and cycling improvements across the borough.

Steer has supported travel planning for the Royal Marsden since 2007. However, in light of recent and planned development works, predominantly at the Sutton site, an in-depth study of car parking was required in addition to the programmed refresh of the travel plan targets. 

Hoping to better serve the needs of a changing and growing group of local developers and employers, the BTMO Board of Directors selected Steer to operate the organization as Executive Director in November 2017.

The Department of Transport (DfT) commissioned Steer to provide evidence for the impact of investment in rail infrastructure on the economy.

Steer was commissioned by Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (SCCRTC) to implement a transportation behavior change outreach campaign called Cruz511 In Your Neighborhood.
