Shipra has over 12 years of experience in transport consulting and public policy across the toll roads, e-mobility, urban transport and ports sectors.

Shipra is an economist who specialises in traffic econometric modelling and demand and revenue forecasting. At Steer, she has worked on and managed the delivery of several buy-side, sell-side, and fair market valuation studies and produced investment-grade forecasts.

Raffael has 25 years of experience in corporate finance. His competencies include business planning, business valuations, infrastructure advisory, project financing, M&A deals, and privatisations. Throughout his professional career, he has gained significant industry experience in the energy and renewable energy sectors and in the aviation and transport services sectors. 

Our people

Leon is a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and a strong background in urban and transport planning across Mexico and Latin America. His expertise covers the planning, operation, regulation, management, and institutional design of transport systems, with a strategic and multidisciplinary approach.

Projects

The Ayacucho Tram in Medellín was the first tram service to operate on the Medellín Metro system in Colombia, beginning its service in 2016. Our team were asked to make an integration between the operational plan and the interaction with other transport modes to identify the most efficient transport service.
