Mexico City’s night bus service operates from midnight till 5.00am and should be a vital asset for the city’s night economy helping employees starting or finishing work in the early hours, as well as for visitors or residents returning home after a night out. We were commissioned by the Inter-American Development Bank and Mexico City’s Innovation Lab to analyse service delivery issues across the network’s eleven routes with an emphasis on the Insurgentes corridor.

Bank station was not designed to accommodate the passenger load it now has and as a consequence the station is overcrowded and has won itself the title of “most disliked” tube station in London. However, planned improvements should relieve Bank station of its complexity, crowding and its title.

As part of establishing business in India, First Group International landed a project on operating employee shuttle service for a business park in Pune. Serving about 16 companies, Embassy Tech Zone housed 14,000 employees commuting from across the city of Pune.

Katerina has worked for more than 20 years as a transport consultant, on a wide variety of projects for the public and private sectors, many of which have been under her successful management. She is currently the infrastructure market leader for Chile, a market in which she has extensive experience.

The excellent existing transport infrastructure, £6bn improvement scheme at London Bridge rail station, and access to the Thames has placed London Bridge at the forefront of future economic and residential growth.

Manchester Airport is a key international gateway for the North of England and an important employer for Greater Manchester. The airport is forecasting a doubling of air passengers by 2030, along with a significant shift in surface access towards public transport. However, the infrastructure to support this growth and mode shift is not yet in place.
