Ester is a Civil Engineer in Geography from the University of Santiago de Chile, with more than 23 years of experience in the transport area. She has extensive experience in logistics and cargo issues, participating in studies of foreign trade logistics chains, logistics process surveys, port demand estimation, cost structure and competition studies between rail and road modes, and developing foreign trade performance methodologies.
She has participated in numerous projects to estimate demand and willingness to pay for transport services, telecommunications, banking products, parking and active mobility, among others, developed in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Brazil.
She also has experience in analysing information through applying qualitative techniques, leading multi-sector participation workshops, conducting focus groups, and developing in-depth interviews.
Ester is an Associate with vast experience in project management, having managed more than 50 projects in Latin America.
