Steer Davies Gleave is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Coleman as an Associate in our London-based Advisory team.
Peter joins us from Abellio, where as a Finance Workstream Leader, he led finance teams on the ICWC and TSGN franchise bids. He was also a lead writer and editor on ScotRail prequalification.
Peter brings with him extensive experience in rail, in particular rail franchise bidding, franchise change, cost control and business case development. In this environment, he has performed a number of roles including PQQ and bid writing across a number of areas. He has been involved in 21 UK rail franchise bids and projects to reduce costs in every area of rail from back office to drivers.
At Steer Davies Gleave, Peter will support our rail and bus capability, particularly in regard to franchise competitions, commercial transactions and cost modelling.
