Steer Davies Gleave's development planning team continues to grow

Three new specialists have joined Steer Davies Gleave's development planning team in London to support major development projects such as the delivery of the transport strategy for the new Landsdowne Road Stadium in Ireland, the Everton Stadium and Tesco`s retail proposals for Kirkby and the interchange development proposals at Euston Station.

With over 7 years' experience in the industry, Nicola Read joins as a principal consultant. She was previously a principal consultant at MVA, where she managed projects involving transport assessments, environmental impact assessments, travel plans, masterplanning, pedestrian modeling and transport policy and strategies. At SDG Nicola will support a broad range of development planning projects including, masterplanning, stadia and interchange planning for land-users.

Rafael Morant-Candel joins as a senior consultant from Peter Brett Associates, where he was a transport planner. He is a specialist in transport planning, traffic engineering and transport modelling. At SDG, he will be supporting the company`s further expansion in Spain and will provide project support for Spanish-based development planning projects including residential and interchange, as well as for commercial and stadia development.

Victor Lam joins as a consultant. He has experience of traffic management, bus priority and traffic modeling skills and will provide design and modelling support for a range of stadia and commercial projects. He was previously a consultant at Faber Maunsell.
