Tim is an experienced Principal Consultant within the geospatial industry, having worked for both public (UK MoD) and private (Schlumberger Oilfield Services) organisations. Tim joined Steer after completing a master’s degree in Transport Planning and Management from the University of Westminster.

Daniel is a Principal Consultant and transport economics specialist based in our London office. He has a strong technical background in civil engineering and extensive experience in the transport consultancy sector in the United Kingdom. Daniel’s experience includes economic and social impact appraisal of transport schemes, business case development, independent technical review, data processing and visualisation, and traffic modelling.

Dylan is a Principal Consultant based in our London office. He has a background in transport economics and specialises in economic appraisal, modelling, evaluation and business cases. Dylan has a detailed knowledge of the latest application of transport modelling and appraisal methodologies, including those outlined in the UK DfT’s transport appraisal guidance, the Passenger Demand Forecasting Handbook, and HMT’s Green and Magenta Books.

Colin is a technical lead at Steer with over 20 years of experience in creating innovative digital solutions that empower clients and communities. He specializes in developing and implementing technology for mobility, engagement, and data analytics projects. His work supports informed decision-making, influences travel behaviour, and provides actionable data insights across various sectors. Additionally, as a champion in AI and data within the company, Colin helps shape Steer's approach to leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights.

James is an APM PMQ-qualified Principal Consultant specialising in active travel. Passionate about improving walking and cycling infrastructure and promoting sustainable transport, he believes well-designed and implemented active travel schemes can be key drivers in creating healthier, happier, and safer places to live.

Julio is a Principal Consultant at Steer's office in Santiago, Chile. He has a strong academic background, holding a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a Diploma in Transport and Logistics, as well as a Master’s in Engineering Sciences from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He further complemented his education with a Diploma in Railway Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Delft.
