Amberside Advisors, a Steer company, were appointed to provide a due diligence review for Lewisham Gateway, resulting in an energy supplier company (ESCO) procurement exercise and transaction support. The chosen ESCO was then to operate and maintain the plant to generate, distribute and supply heat (and electricity if applicable) to relevant supply points, providing energy to the whole estate and its residents.

Joel has spent his career designing, modelling and delivering urban highway schemes across the UK, with a focus on the North of England. Joel specialises in active travel design, helping clients get the most benefit for walking, cycling and wheeling from constrained urban highways. Joel brings his holistic understanding of traffic signal design, modelling and engineering to scheme development creating ambitious yet workable solutions.

The study's objective was to identify the elements or aspects of improvement in its operation that would allow for optimisation and validation of its operation.
