Shipra has over 12 years of experience in transport consulting and public policy across the toll roads, e-mobility, urban transport and ports sectors.

Shipra is an economist who specialises in traffic econometric modelling and demand and revenue forecasting. At Steer, she has worked on and managed the delivery of several buy-side, sell-side, and fair market valuation studies and produced investment-grade forecasts. 

Leon is a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and a strong background in urban and transport planning across Mexico and Latin America. His expertise covers the planning, operation, regulation, management, and institutional design of transport systems, with a strategic and multidisciplinary approach.

Fidel has over 10 years’ experience in the transport industry, as consultant, researcher, modeller, and project manager. At Steer, he has been involved in more than 50 projects mainly related with infrastructure transactions.
