Steer has worked with Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) in the Tri-Valley area since 2016 on their SmartTrips individualized marketing program.

Steer worked in partnership with the SANDAG to develop a TDM Program for the City of Carlsbad as a key strategy in meeting its Climate Action Plan (CAP) targets.

Steer is leading the delivery of Shift San Diego, a communications and behaviour change programs which provides project information and multi-modal transportation solutions to help manage congestion during road construction.

Steer has been supporting Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategic development and program implementation for the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) since 2012. In 2014, Steer developed an Employer Outreach Strategy for SANDAG’s iCommute program, their local TDM program.

Steer led the development of the North Coast Corridor (NCC) Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan, in coordination with San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) and Caltrans, which provided multi-modal solutions to help manage congestion during construction and act as a foundation for continued travel behavior change in the area.

Steer will develop the Warner Center TMO and will manage it through the first two years of operation after its launch.

Steer was initially retained to carry out Phase 1 of the Waterfront Transit Reset Project. This provided a roadmap for the City to move transit planning forward along the waterfront.

For TxDOT and as part of larger team, Steer has been responsible for the ridership and revenue forecasting task for a Tier 1 Environmental Impact Study (EIS) of the proposed Oklahoma City to South Texas High Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (HSIPR) corridor.

Steer focused its analysis modeling on the resiliency and economic benefits of purchasing new vessels for the Staten Island Ferry, as well as implementing flood protection measures on the related landside facilities.

Steer prepared investment grade traffic and revenue forecasts for the project to support Kentucky’s financing of its share of the Louisville-Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project.
